Change lines are Blizzard’s, linked to the post they come from. Lines marked “PvE only” say they do not affect PvP combat. “Since” is the win rate in recorded Random Battlegrounds games from the day after a change to now, compared with the 14 days before it; it needs 100 games. It shows what happened after a change, not that the change caused it, and several changes can overlap.
